YOUTH SPORTS CONDITIONING BOOT CAMP
Is your athlete ready for fall competition?  6-week boot camp begins July 13th.
Our goal is to create fast and agile athletes with a winning attitude.

Former Russian National Champ Vladimir Anoshenko
will be running a two-day training session on Friday, July 24th and Saturday, July 25th at
the Force Training Center. This is open to advanced or experienced wrestlers with at
least two years experience, High School or IKWF.

Friday July 24th - 6:00-8:30 pm - Covering set ups to leg attacks
Saturday July 25th - 9:00-11:00am - Tilts and turks
11:00-12:00 - Lunch (bring your own)
12:00-3:00 pm - Underhooks and front headlocks.
The cost is $50 per wrestler.
We are taking the first 30 wrestlers to sign up. CLICK HERE to register.
