**The school is located at the intersection of 119th ST. (Rodeo Drive) and Naper Plainfield
RD. approximately 1.5 miles East of RT 59 and 1.5 mile West of Weber RD..**
Friday Weigh-ins from 6-8 PM - enter through rear of building nearest the field house (Door X)
and we will direct you to the classroom for weigh-ins - there will be one check scale outside the room.
Please do not let your wrestlers enter the room until they are ready to weigh-in. They will not be
allowed to leave the room after they have entered it and will be required to weigh in.
Seeding Meeting Friday 8:15 PM until completion - same location as weigh-ins - Please limit
your coaches to 2-3 max. We will complete one bracket at a time on the whiteboard. Please bring
criteria as required to challenge for seeding.
Saturday Weigh-in - 7-7:30 AM** - enter through rear of building nearest the field house (Door X)
and we will direct you to the classroom for weigh-ins - there will be one check scale outside the room.
Again, please do not let your wrestlers enter the room until they are ready to weigh-in. They will not
be allowed to leave the room after they have entered it and will be required to weigh in. **Kids who
do not weigh on Friday will not be seeded**
Saturday Coaches Check-in 7-8 AM - We will be issuing wristbands to coaches who are Copper
certified or better and appear on the IKWF list. Please have an ID in hand for this – We don’t
recognize everybody.
Tournament layout:
We will be wrestling on four or five full mats in the field house. The room will be divided in half so that
coaches and wrestlers only will be allowed on the table side of the mats where the fans/ parents/
waiting wrestlers will be on the other. We will be enforcing the wristband rule and the on deck rules
according to the IKWF State guidelines. We will prevent unnecessary crowds near the scoring tables.
The cafeteria will be open all day for concessions.
***Please tell your families to bring portable chairs as seating will be limited***
