TOURNAMENT REMINDERS
1) Always bring your USA card and a weigh-in card to every tournament.
2) Coaches MUST always have a "coaches card" displayed or you will not be allowed to coach - NO EXCEPTIONS.
3) Parents are NEVER allowed matside. Video tape must be done from the stands.
4) Always write on your weigh-in card "1st year" or inform weigh-ins if you are a 1st year wrestler.
5) Make sure finger nails are trimmed. Shoe laces must be taped or shoes must have lace covers.
6) You must wear your FORCE singlet, wrestling shoes and a headgear at all tournaments.
7) You must arrive at the event during weigh-in times or they will not allow you to wrestle.
8) PLEASE allow the coaches to do the "coaching" during matches and NEVER argue with referees.
