2008/2009 Online Registration
Welcome to the online registration page, we hope that you will find this process very convenient.
We have added an online credit card payment option. All online payments will be fast and secure through Google Checkout.
All credit & debit cards are accepted and we do not store any credit card information.
To use the online payment option, there will be a small fee of 2% + $0.20 per transaction. (located on bottom of page)

Once you complete your online registration form, you can return to this page to pay online (optional).
All forms and payment records are confidential and will be automatically sent to us once submitted.

Fees for the 2008/2009 season are as follows:
$175.00 (Registration fee / 1st wrestler)
$140.00 (2nd sibling)
$125.00 (3rd sibling)
$140.00 (Tots (5-6), First year Bantam (7-8))

Force Wrestling is also accepting new sponsors. Our sponsorship program will bring $$$ back to YOUR own account to help pay for YOUR
tournaments. Simply CLICK HERE for a copy of the sponsorship letter, bring it to your employer, a friend or your own business and select a
sponsorship option. Half of the money received for the annual program will go into your own account. All sponsors will be listed on our
sponsor page and our home page. Our website has had over 140,000 page views and up to 1000 hits per day during the wrestling season.

Once we have entered your contact information, you will be added to our e-mail list and we will keep everyone up to date with e-mail news
letters. Please check the website often for new news & information.

To fully complete your registration, the following items must be complete and turned in by 10/14/08.
Most forms will be available online for you to fill out prior to registration night if you register online.

- Completed registration form (done online or at registration night)
- Copy of birth certificate (new FORCE wrestlers only)
- Current physical (school physicals are accepted) (due by first practice)
- You will need to fill out/sign a liability release form, medical history questionaire and IKWF application.
- Payment in full (including past dues) (due on 10/14/08)

All families will be required to participate in a Lottery fundraiser (1 set of tickets per family) –
tickets to be handed out and paid for at final registration night (10/14/08).

All wrestlers will be responsible to provide their own wrestling shoes and headgear (by first practice),
FORCE will provide each wrestler with a singlet, t-shirt, shorts and gym bag.

ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION
To use the online payment option, there will be a small processing fee of 2% + $0.20 per transaction.
Payments will automatically processed through Google Checkout and you will receive confirmation through e-mail. Processing fees are automatically entered at
checkout. Select your payment and click the "buy now" button to complete transaction.
There are no more open registration dates, all wrestlers must register online at this time. You must download
and fill out the registration packet and either fax all forms or mail them to us. CLICK HERE for complete
